Integrate Menus and Biography!

Integrate menus next time you choose an historical figure from a

    novel or play or film
    comic strip or graphic novel
    field of science
    or history
    or art
    or music.

Create a menu of items that figure might be familiar with.

From research into the kinds of foods that were eaten during that person’s time, assemble a small, annotated menu of six to ten items that person might have seen and/or eaten.

What prices would have been common for these meals in that time period? In that country?

Find a recipe for one of the items on your menu. Explain your choice and cite the reference on which you base your choice.
